Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on railroad tracks.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Betty Farias.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Recent Fentanyl Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:05 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
