(L.A.) Steven Beckman, 71, Died in Long Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Steven Beckman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

The decedent was found in his apartment in Long Beach. The building manager conducted a welfare check after a week of not being able to make contact. Upon entering the unit with a master key, the manager discovered the tenant unresponsive in bed and immediately called 911. Paramedics arrived and pronounced him deceased.

* Note that there were two men named “Steven Beckman” born in L.A. County in 1953. The deceased above has a middle name of Charles and was born in May; the other has a middle initial of R and was born in October.
