(L.A.) Stephanie Shough, 40, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Stephanie Shough.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Ethanol Toxicity
RIP STEPHANIE SHOUGH (October 8, 1982 – January 30, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:50 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
