(L.A.) Starlette Scott, 49, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Starlette Scott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP STARLETTE SCOTT (November 30, 1973 – October 22, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 3, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
