Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred at a halfway home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Spencer Manning Jr.

Born in Kern County. Mother’s maiden name is Hopkins.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Idiopathic Seizure Disorder

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 22.
