(L.A.) Sonny Qualm, 29, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Caucasian male who collapsed on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sonny Qualm.

Born in San Bernardino County. Mother’s maiden name is Howard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP SONNY JAMES ALLEN QUALM (July 22, 1993 – November 5, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:33 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Local government authorities had the decedent’s body cremated on March 2 the following year. It doesn’t look like his remains were ever claimed.
