The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Simone McGrath.

Cause of Death: Complications of Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease; Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
