Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shuzhen Zhang.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Shock

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Injury of the Right Internal Jugular Vein

Other Significant Conditions: Metastatic Pancreatic Carcinoma with Liver Metastases; Global Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy/Cerebral Edema
