Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sherell Diaz.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Non-Specific Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol and Cigarette Use, Status Post Aortic and Tricuspid Valve Replacement
