Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shawn Thomas and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Black.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity; Bronchial Asthma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
