The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shaunette Lee.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation; Chronic Alcohol Use; Nonspecific Seizure Disorder; Chronic Tobacco Smoking
