Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shaquille Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy

RIP SHAQUILLE RODRIGUEZ (December 17, 1993 – July 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:51 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
