The coroner’s office has identified the man as Seyed Samar and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes
