(L.A.) Scott Swedlow, 51, Died on a Bench

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a bus bench or public bench.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Swedlow.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP SCOTT SWEDLOW (October 29, 1971 – April 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
