Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oliver Ardavin Ovando.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:37 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
