Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Morgan.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cariovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Liver Cirrhosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:03 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
