(L.A.) Saul Alvarado, 46, Died on a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Latino male that occurred on a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Saul Alvarado.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
