Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Griffith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:10 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
