Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Fulls.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, Phencyclidine, Cocaine, Methamphetamine and Clonazepam

RIP SARAH FULLS (June 13, 1984 – May 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:47 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
