(L.A.) Santiago Molina Vasquez, 41, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Santiago Molina Vasquez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol
RIP SANTIAGO MOLINA VASQUEZ (June 15, 1982 – February 25, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:17 p.m.
The government investigator had initially posted the decedent’s surname as Velasquez on February 25. It was changed to Vasquez on February 28.
