Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenage girl as Sandra Noel.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Cardiopulmonary Arrest Status Post Resuscitation

Cause of Death C: Hanging
