Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Samuel Pollock.

Cause of Death: Complications of Substance Use Disorder

RIP SAMUEL POLLOCK (July 15, 1991 – November 21, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in August the following year.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
