The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sammy Johnson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Liver Cirrhosis
