(L.A.) Samira Saleh, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Samira Saleh and listed her race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Quetiapine, Alprazolam, and Valproic Acid

RIP SAMIRA SALEH (September 8, 1994 – April 15, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
