The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Samantha Montgomery.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Saddle Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis, Right Lower Extremity

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Coronary Artery Atherosclerosis
