(L.A.) Sally Schutz, 78, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sally Schutz of West Hollywood.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Benzodiazepine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Dr. Sally (Rabkin) Schutz was a board-certified ophthalmologist. She was licensed to practice medicine in California and New York.

Sally Louise Schutz graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in 1975.
