(L.A.) Ryan Williams, 48, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ryan Williams.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Hydrocodone
