(L.A.) Robert Letts, 73, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Letts.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Use

RIP ROBERT LETTS (December 27, 1950 – November 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:12 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
