The coroner’s office identified the man as Russell Harwood.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Schizophrenia, Substance Use Disorder, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, and Cognitive and Functional Decline
