Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Rozena Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:34 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
