The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rosa Jagosz.

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Pulmonary Fibrosis

Other Significant Conditions: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Asthma

Incident location was given as her residence on Davenport Road in Agua Dulce. She was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, located at 23845 McBean Pkwy in Valencia CA 91355. It was about 15 miles away.
