Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Black male that occurred at a skilled nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ronald Ward.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Aortic and Mitral Valve Acute Endocarditis

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; Left Knee Septic Arthritis
