(L.A.) Ronald Goldston, 60, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ronald Goldston.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine, History of Diabetes Mellitus

RIP RONALD GOLDSTON (March 18, 1963 – November 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:28 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
