The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rojelio Villegas De Santiago.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Bilateral Lower Extremity Gangrene

Cause of Death C: Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
