Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roger Castro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Ischemic and Hypertrophic Cardiovascular Disease
