Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roderick Breakenridge.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Myocardial Infarction

Cause of Death B: Diabetes Mellitus II

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Hypoxic & Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure, Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Pulmonary Hypertension, Paroxysmal A-Fib, Chronic Heart Failure
