The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roberto Vela.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; History of Gastric Ulcer; Asthma
