Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Pacific Islander male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Jordan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Heart Failure, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity
