Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Flynn and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Cause of Death: Combined Effets of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:09 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
