(L.A.) Robert De Vine, 55, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert De Vine.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity
RIP ROBERT DE VINE (May 8, 1967 – December 18, 2022)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:09 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
