The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricky Powell.

Cause of Death: Effects of Phencyclidine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:07 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
