(L.A.) Rick Walker, 56, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rick Walker.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP RICK WALKER (October 25, 1966 – April 11, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:52 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth. This was an accidental drug overdose.
