The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Uhlendorf.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Urinary Tract Infection

Cause of Death C: Complications of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
