(L.A.) Richard Romero, 34, Died on the Side of a Road

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male whose body was found on the shoulder of the roadway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Romero.

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Toxicity
