The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Perttula.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Pneumonia, and Epilepsy
