Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Eastman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)
