Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Campbell.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Alprazolam, Citalopram, Diphenhydramine, and Fentanyl
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Polysubstance Abuse, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and Drug-Related Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:59 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
