Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred at a back house.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricardo Apolinar Garcia.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Liver Cirrhosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Gastric Ulcer with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, History of Chronic Alcohol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 5.
