Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rex Janssen.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Chronic Alcohol Use Disorder

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; Obesity; Respiratory/Gastrointestinal Viral Infection (Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:36 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 14.
