The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rene Cooper.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy and History of Chronic Tobacco Use

RIP RENE COOPER (September 18, 1994 – June 4, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
